About 70% of the bathroom will be tiled but no excuse not to take pride in your work, also allows design changes on the tiling, should the customer decide to reduce the amount of walls space tiled.

This one has the feel good factor. Helping turn a large home into housing for Foster children who haven't found a home. I was able to offer a week to help turn a few rooms into livable quarters. This one was an old bathroom. Will become a communal wet room.

Large living room reskim. Everything new in here. Removed coving, skirting boards and architraves. New overboarded ceiling and full room re plaster. Once finished and floor sanded this will look like a brand new room and great space for entertaining.
