Quality Installer's Required - rare opportunity has arisen for quality installers to join our team. Eliments are a family firm specialising in the manufacturing and installing of high quality windows doors, conservatories and orangeries. With a factory and showroom based in escrick in York.

The company has an enviable reputation for quality, built up over 10 years of improving homes in and around north Yorkshire. As a bespoke company it is essential for the successful candidate to have a solid working knowledge of windows, doors, conservatories and standard building techniques – coupled with a minimum of 2 years relevant installation experience.

Due to the expected number of enquires we will be unable to consider application without this experience. We are preferably looking for a team of 2 but individuals are welcome to apply as we could make a team from experienced candidates, You must have experience in the fitting of windows, doors, conservatories, fascia's and soffits.

This is a permanent position with excellent rates of pay ! Better than the industry standard rates of pay this position has great earning potential for the right candidate. A van will be supplied or you could use your own but must be sign written.

UPVC Installer / Service Engineer
A rare opportunity has arisen for Service engineer to join our team. Eliments are a family firm specialising in the manufacturing and installing of high quality windows doors, conservatories and orangeries. With a factory and showroom based in escrick in York.
This job requires a Service Engineer, ex - Installer or Upvc Fabricator with experience within our industry.
The Service Engineer is an essential role to rectify product and installation related faults, throughout our excellent 10-year warranty guaranteed period.
· Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify the fault
· Making repairs or installations in a timely manner keep good customer service.
· Making sure stock levels on your van are maintained to complete the service calls.
· Identifying and communicating back to base to ensure a continuous Improvement to our service department.
· Completion of paperwork and accurately documenting information about each call.
· We need a Person with a passion - For the products we sell and for the work you do
· Communication skills to communicate with our customers and the rest of the teams
· Identifying what jobs take priority for the benefit of the company & customers
· Completing each job in a timely manner, with a “Right First Time” approach
· Have pride in your work, can remain focused and motivated
· Competitive Salary
