🌲Country Park Group recent visit to Rainham Hall🌲.

🍽️Friday cookery group created BBQ cheesy meatball pasta and for pudding apple strudel with ice cream🍽️.

🍽️Friday cookery group created creamy honey mustard chicken with New Potatoes, tenderstem broccoli, green beans and roasted carrots and for pudding jelly and evaporated milk 🍽️.

Men’s group had fun on Friday feeling different textures and sensations 🚨💡.

🚣‍♀️Raft Building? Completed it ✔️- Sports Group visited Lambourne End Centre for Outdoor Learning for Raft Building in the sunshine and finished the activity with a lovely swim in the pool🚣‍♂️.

Country Park Group visited B & Q to purchase plants for the Avelon Road Centre Garden Border and our Boat. We met Sharon who gave us lots of advice on plants and very kindly gave us these plants at half price🌲.

Rainham Hall Country Park group had a well earned rest from volunteering and enjoyed a relaxing morning enjoying the garden🌲.

Men’s group practise different ways we can relax and express our feelings 💆‍♂🧘‍♂️.

Interactive group attended our local shops again to purchase some light refreshments while practising independence paying for our own items 🫙💵.

🎨Interactive Group made some masks 🎭.

🍇Look what we found in the Avelon Road Centre Garden and then we enjoyed a walk in the Country Park🍇.

Men’s group doing our monthly glass recycling, well done guys a massive help to the centre🫙🫙.

Friday cookery group created bacon mac n cheese and also a veggie mac n cheese.
For pudding low sugar rice pudding and a big well done 👏 to Andrew for working so hard in the small cookery group we had to day.

⚽️😁Sports Group took part in a Football session provided by Denis and Matthew from Dagenham & Redbridge FC😁⚽️.
