I should probably introduce myself, my name is Jo and I've a background in workplace wellbeing, including mental health awareness. I've a two year old daughter who keeps me on my toes, a tolerant husband and three lively Jack Russell's, it's never quiet around here! I'm keen to share my passion for the countryside and outdoor sports especially those including our four legged friends. I've an interest in sustainability and the environment.
