The Scottish parliment have done a u-turn, sports therapists and sports massage therapists can open their clinics as from Monday. Let's hope Boris follows and we can get going very soon 🤞, watch this space!

Another step closer to normality today with both children happily back to school, nice peaceful walk in the Cotswold countryside with Sox, even if it was a bit blustery!

At least we are now being seen as a specific profession by the Government, something good to come out of this.

Dear Colleagues, many of you will already be aware of the most recent guidance for our sector issued last night. The good news is that it refers to 'Sports and Massage Therapy' rather than the appalling 'Massage Parlours'. The disappointing news is that we will not be able to return to work on the 4th of July...the guidance is unequivocal. We know you will be disappointed, but we will continue to keep you up to date on developments and the steps need to eventually return to work. The guidance reiterates much of what has been already advised but it is worth reading again.

Feeling very disappointed this morning that our profession wasn't included in the latest easing of the lockdown yesterday so I'm afraid my clinic stays closed for a bit longer 🙁.
