PLR is simply the un compromised purest version of you. The voice that hasn’t been exposed to life, drama, others thoughts/emotions and beliefs. During these sessions you can gain more insight and clarity on your life, ask questions about your future and better understand why certain things may have happened to you. We can explore unexplained fears and phobias, health issues and anything you feel might be holding you back from enjoying this life. This is also great to just try, you might just be intrigued to see what it’s all about. Every session is unique and I can honestly say (hand on heart) everyone I’ve worked with so far has benefited from their experience ❤️ I feel very lucky to have been brave enough to read and train in this practice, my mission is just to help as many people as I can to live a happy & beautiful life x

I am now offering Past Life Regression sessions - journey back in time with my guidance to experience your past lives and gain more clarity around the life you’re leading now. PLR is a fantastic way to understand your own soul and with no prior practice or belief in this idea…you’ll still be amazed at the power of your own subconscious. All that’s required is an open mind. It is also possible to review past memories in this life too. Every session opens a door to greater understanding and with each client I become more and more entranced by their experiences. It’s truly a privilege to do this work ❤️
For the first few months I will be offering sessions for £65 - approximately 2-3 hours and sessions may be recorded if you wish. If necessary I can travel to you for a little extra depending on mileage.
