SKI SEASON COOK WANTED AUSTRIA - cooking for skiing athletes training to reach their goals. Cooking a two weekly rotating menu for x5 to x25 athletes mid Nov 24-mid April 25. Cooking breakfasts, lunches and dinners, shopping, keeping kitchen tidy, some driving (so full clean driver's licence). Accom / travel / salary / season pass clothing. Christmas week off. An amazing opportunity for a hard working Orchards cook who is a team player and happy to cook simple tasty food for numbers with opportunity to be involved with top ski athletes. Welcoming back our Chalet Cooks for another week of fabulous food. Starting off strong with a herb crusted lamb rack and a beautiful raspberry souffle.

An absolute corker of a cake competition for our Off To University and Orchards Course students last week. It was a tricky decision to decide the winner, who do you think deserved the top spot?!

Saturday night and perhaps time for a glass of wine or two, like our Orchards and Off To University Courses students enjoyed when doing wine tasting with Vin Neuf Independent Wine Merchants earlier in the week.
Celebrating the start of the weekend with a beautiful Vietnamese Noodle Salad and some tasty canapes. It’s cheerio to our Orchards and Off to University Course students today, well done you have all smashed it this week!
Our Orchards Course students have been busy whipping up a colourful halloumi & carrot salad, followed by sumptuous orange crusted salmon and delectable sea bass on ginger mash amongst many other delights today. Yum!
Spice, rice and all things nice! Our Orchards course students have been mastering the art of Thai curry today. Spicing things up, one curry at a time!

Chalet Cook Courses – Five Day & Two Week intensive courses. Specifically for ski season Chalet Cooks, the course will boost your confidence, develop culinary skills to give you the ability to create masterpieces in the kitchen. You will also learn the skills and secrets of running a successful chalet from experienced staff. The school also helps students with recruitment finding jobs working in ski chalets. Orchards Cookery is well known and has a great reputation for training Chalet Cooks.
Off to University – Five Days. Designed for school leavers and under graduates who are about to move away from home and cook for themselves for the first time. The course is intensive and each fun packed day concludes with a dinner party.
Orchards Courses - Five Days - An all round cooking course for those just wanting to up their cooking skills or perhaps develop the skills to cook professionally in Villas, Sporting Lodges, Yachts, family holidays etc. You will learn a wide range of culinary skills and cover a huge number of recipes.
Dinner Party Courses – Five Days. Will boost your confidence and develop your culinary skills and knowledge of cooking, giving you the ability and inspiration to create masterpieces in your own kitchen for family and friends.
The Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold Award, Residential Project - The above courses (Five Day and Two Week) all meet the requirements for the Residential Project for the Duke of Edinburgh’s awards scheme.
Corporate Days – One Day or Two Day. Whether for team building, or just a fun day out to reward staff for their hard work, Corporate Cooking Days are a brilliant way to get staff, or clients, to mix with each other and work in teams while having lots of fun at the same time.
One Day & Two Day Courses – The emphasis is on Dinner Parties with no stress; delicious , quick and easy recipes using fresh , home grown (wherever possible) to make impressive dishes that are truly scrumptious!
