Lindores Thiron 2024 Limited Edition.

The first release in an annual series.
Lindores
Thiron Virgin Oak casks that contributed to this bottling were handcrafted using wood sources from Thiron-Gardais in France.

Non-chill filtered with a natural colour and 49.4% abv.
Matured in French Virgin Oak casks, Bourbon casks and Wine Barrique casks

Nose - mellow vanilla cake, caramel syrup, baking spices and fruity plum jam
Palate - Oak vanilla, butterscotch, pkum jam playing with cinnamon, ginger notes and layers of roasted chestnuts.
Finish - delightful finish, smooth with a sliky texture, well balanced and complex.

Covid stopped our last visit to late 2020!
Had a great time and thanks to Brian for the tour!

First visit to . A small but very busy distillery.

As you can imagine, had to carry on the tastings into the evening!!!!!! All in the name of research for the shop!!!!!!

Whilst in Ayr, just had to visit this amazing whisky merchant/shop.
Totally amazing place and so friendly!
