Evesham strongman pulls double decker bus The strongman pulled the vintage bus provided by Troopers Lodge at Batsford Arboretum in July.

Superstar Vale Park member Phil Brush won the Cowman Triathlon last weekend for his age group. This means he qualifies for the worlds in Australia next year, what an achievement! Everyone from Vale Park wants to say congratulations on winning and well done for putting in all your hard work in training💪🏼

Mark will be pulling a double decker bus with people inside to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Last weekend he successfully completed a practice pull. Strongman to take on 'hardest challenge yet' for heart-warming reason Evesham resident Mark Bond will pull a double-decker bus with people inside to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

Congratulations to Marie Brush, a member of Vale Park Gym, who recently won a gold medal in her age group at the British Duathlon Championships at Oulton Park. Marie has now qualified to represent GB in the both The World and European Duathlon Championships next year. Marie will also compete next weekend at The Worlds Duathlon Sprint Qualifier. We wish you the best of luck!

Here at Vale Park Gym we want to celebrate one of our members, Tracey, who completed the Stratford Half Marathon this weekend. Meet one of our members, Tayler Pitcher🥊

People come to the gym for all sorts of reasons and personal goals. This particular chap has been training incredibly hard for his forthcoming boxing match.

For the past six weeks Taylor’s focus has been on cutting weight, to make the Light-Heavyweight class he will be fighting in.

A couple of us from the gym will be making the trip to Coventry this Saturday to support Taylor and his fellow competitors Ben Spiers, Kyle Brotherton, and ‘Big’ Dom from Apex Martial Arts in their respective bouts.
