We have plenty of room in our garden 🍃 - booking is always recommended as we cannot always accommodate walk-ins, especially in the busier season! Our garden is fully covered, & we have a few heaters for a cosier experience - but we always advise bringing a jacket in the colder months ❄️🌙

If you didn’t know, we’re a family run, independent business & we started from scratch! Every little detail was brought to life by us. It wasn’t a ready made bar ready to move into. It took literally years to build, a lot of hard work, late nights, sleepless nights, no days off.. and that’s before even opening.

It’s an ever growing, evolving business and we’re constantly trying to improve, add new things, change things that don’t work and most importantly, strive to make Badavi’s Lounge one of the best hang-outs in Exeter.

We can’t thank you enough for your support over the past 2 years - we wouldn’t be here without you! It’s not easy, and we won’t always get everything right - It’s the hardest thing we’ve ever done - but seeing people enjoying the space we’ve built, new customers and those who return week on week - makes it all worth it.

Our waiting staff are crucial to our service. Our reviews speak for themselves - customer service is the top priority for us.
As waiting staff, you’ll be working front line as the face of the lounge, greeting guests as they arrive and ensuring they have an amazing experience until they leave.

About you:
* Confident, friendly and well presented
* Able to work under pressure in fast paced environments
* Able to work well in a team
* Passionate about giving an amazing experience
* Experience within the hospitality sector
* Reliable and punctual
* Must be able to work Saturdays (afternoons and evenings)

What you’ll be doing:
* The first point of contact for guests, greeting and seating
* Taking orders and processing them on the till
* Serving food and drinks promptly
* Clearing tables
* Cleaning to ensure the lounge is always looking presentable
* Ensuring guests are having an amazing experience

Upto 12 hours per week, - with the opportunity to increase hours over summer, for events, and when other team members are away.
