Stunning Exeter Apartment offers you the ability to explore all Exeter has to offer right from your doorstep!
There is so much to do in this wonderful town it's difficult to know where to start!
This fabulous apartment which is the whole of the top floor boasts amazing panoramic views from the private balcony of the River Exe, the Cathedral, the City and the countryside.
As the apartment is so close to the city centre, transport links, art and culture, pubs, restaurants and night life are all within walking distance.
The decor in the apartment is bright and airy, and privacy is great for couples, groups and business users alike.
Built in 1714 Charles Dickens also stayed here.

The property comprises of:

Living Room/Diner:
There are two large leather "lazy boy" couches plus flat screen freeview tv. There is a full size glass table and four chairs for eating or working, there is also a second wooden work desk.
Wifi is provided and Exeter has Great high speed mobile coverage.

Kitchen:
You will find everything you could possibly need in the fully kitted out kitchen complete with combined washer dryer, dish washer, fridge, electric fan oven and microwave

2 Bedrooms:
There are two large beds: 1 king, 1 double with freshly laundered and pressed sheets, plus towels soap, shampoo, etc.
We also provide a travel cot suitable for babies from birth to 36 months old. The cot comes with mattress and fitted sheet, but no other bedding or pillows.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a full size bath with high powered electric shower plus heated towel rail.

There is building wide smoke detection, plus battery operated CO (carbon monoxide) detectors, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit.

Guest access:
You will have unrestricted access to the apartment at all times during your stay. If you are staying for longer than a week we will arrange to come to clean, freshen up, change linen and towels.

Other things to note
There is no lift as the property pre-dates the invention of lifts by some 100 years and you will need to climb stairs therefore sadly we cannot accommodate wheelchair users.
Strictly no barbecues on the balcony.
