Glimpses of Wonder at the Exeter Phoenix ... I have been obsessing over sea creatures this year, lost in metres of white froth - fabric all recycled from Exeter scrapstore.
Have loved exploring costume with the SWDH this term.

Fingerstyle Collective Guitar Festival - Exeter Phoenix The first ever European Fingerstyle Collective Guitar Festival is being held in Exeter at The Phoenix between 9th - 11th September.

This term dance and theatre… we explored archetypes, character and props, using choreographic phrasing as our starting point…questioning the lines between theatre and dance
Then ending with a fun improv… yes space to play… crucial for all artists!

Maketank is hosting Madeline Shann (a brilliant theatre maker and choreographer who is an Exeter Drama alum) this Saturday for a two hour workshop on introduction to screendance. 10am-12pm. Pay what you decide. It will be super practical and fun.

Then at 12:30 Maddi will screen her new dance for film piece The Spring which is about 15-20 minutes and then we'll have Q&A.
