Now my history if you didn't know - I am 44 next month- 23 years diagnosed with Endometriosis- 13 operations and a full hysterectomy 5 years ago .. I have reoccurring endo and messed up insides with chronic adhedsions 😭😭

I do not use hrt ( personal choice) and since my hysterectomy my body simply WAS NOT my own if that makes sense ...
