After such a hard time recently - I needed this.
I feel so so blessed to have the people in my life that I do..
To have gone to the trouble that they have just for little old me, there aren't the words to thank you all enough.
Not to mention - to have not planned or known a thing about any of it, you should all give yourselves a pat on the back 😉😅

I'm the second week into my new avenue of Virtual Assisting - being a Virtual Receptionist! 📲
The kids go back to school in a few days (thank god) and im really looking forward to getting back into some semblance of a routine! 😅

What a week away! 😌😌
I feel much refreshed, and absolutely exhausted in equal measure 😂
I'm unfortunate enough to live miles away from all my favourite family members 😪 BUT it gives me a good excuse to get away for a break and enjoy some much needed R&R, get some perspective and do some different things!
Don't forget to take time out for yourself - even if you're the only one running your business, burning yourself out won't help ❤️
While I get the mountain of washing done and tidy everything back away until the next time - enjoy the envy of this delicious breakfast I had during the week 😋😍😛

Finally got round to sorting through some of the photos from my weekend at Woodlab - making my very own picture frame, from scratch!
Still can't quite believe I even did this - it was such a good day and I learnt so much 😁😍

As the name suggests, a virtual assistant is someone who can take care of some of the menial jobs that you dont have time to do,
For a company or business person,
Whether it's admin, social media posts, marketing support, blog writing, writing and sending emails and reports proofreading, website editing; the list is endless!

My favourite.. there/their, one people frequently get mixed up 😅

Every now and again I remind myself that I did this.
After 7 years and having a baby in between, I finally got my degree.
This had been a dream of mine ever since I had my first child, to prove to them that education doesn't have to stop and start at the 'right' time.
We never stop learning.
This is one of my proudest achievements, and I couldn't have done it with any other university.
People used to say "it's not the same as a 'real' University" - now they tell me its better! Because I was able to fulfill a dream, look after my children and start on the path to creating my own business.
There's no 'right' time to do things in life, always reach further than you ever imagined you could.
Thats the lesson I taught myself, the lesson I continue to teach my kids, and one of the values I put into my business.
