Our new vegan side 😍🤩 Mexican 7 layer dip. Best thing I have tasted since becoming a vegan 4 months ago now. 😋 Refried beans, then our homemade mexican diary free cheese, tomato salsa, guacamole, then bell peppers, olives and finally chilantro. 🌵

All our Mexican meals are prepared to order from scratch, so nothing is every added apart from meat, vegetables, pulses, herbs, spices, tortillas.
Tortillas used in burritos, enchiladas or tacos can be a part of a healthy diet, including for those who are trying to lose weight by either reducing calories or cutting carbs.
The whole point of a tortilla is to fill it with something delicious, and what you put in a tortilla will go a long way toward fulfilling your diet goals. A traditional Mexican tortilla usually contains meat, onion and herbs. Vegetarians and vegans can load them up with avocado, mushrooms, spinach, fresh corn, nuts and beans for a satisfying meal.
Tortillas, are lower in calories than bread, are healthy when eaten in moderation it is easy to avoid going over recommended carb and calorie intakes. Eating a few tortillas stuffed with nutrient-packed ingredients can form part of a healthy diet. In fact, at Exeter Mexican we do not have any deep fat fryers, only hot skillets which we use a small amount of olive oil on to prepare fillings or meals.
