We have a weekend special on the counter today!
Yeasted dough berry and cinnamon quark cake!
The base is similar to cinnamon buns dough, with quark mixed vanilla and cinnamon and sweet blueberries and raspberries on the top, topped with brown sugar and butter crumble!
