Here's who we are doing this for tomorrow.

CEDA is a independent registered charity working with disabled adults and children. It was formed in 1988 and since then it prides itself on delivering user led activities with a focus on personal development, self expression and being seen as equals in society.
The charity runs from its main base in Exeter called the Clare Milne Centre and this building boosts impressive facilities including an IT suite, Sensory Room, Life Skills kitchen, soft play room and sensory garden. The charity provides services 7 days a week, 365 days a year through a number of services.

The Activity Hub
Day activities for disabled adults, the hub run a programme of sessions that change three times a year. Up to 8 sessions are delivered each day and CEDA members meets and spend time with friends.

Youth Services
This runs out of school hours; with holiday clubs, after school clubs and Saturday clubs meeting at the Clare Milne Centre. The youth services provide activities for children aged 5-21.

Community Services
1-1 support for disabled adults to access community facilities such as libraries, gyms, leisure centres etc. This service also provides a personal enabling service that facilitates individuals to be able to take part in what they want with the right support.

Labourer required for job in Tiverton (high street). Own transport to job proffered with immediate start. Job mainly consists of cement mixing and loading up lads.
Weekly pay.

Another job in the bag. Managed to dodge the rain and all is well.

I have resigned from my first ever job working for a big company since January last year. 14 years self employed before that and military before that!
It certainly wasn't for me and back doing what I love, concentrating on myself and what I want out of life.
We are the masters of our own destiny, don't forget it!

Smaller job this week but a big difference tidying up this 1st floor hallway. No more dusty lath and plaster.

So this week I planned on overseeing a plastering job before going back to work next week due to being off with a broken wrist. Unfortunately i was let down last minute and I had to jump back on the tools and must say, i really enjoyed it even though it was hard going with the injury.
If you have any interior plastering work you need sorting, give me a shout as statutory sick pay doesn't help anyone!

Sat here in my vehicle after helping set up Gemma Peaks Immunity Festival 2023 Gone Wild .
She has put some serious hard work into setting this up. All stages are tented so no chance of getting soaked, plus loads of other really good stuff. Now the sound tests are going on, listening to quality tunes in this beautiful setting and I'm feeling this is going to be an awesome WEEKEND!!!

Fireplace finished today, boarded with heat proof cement board then skimmed with heat proof plaster ready to have a log burner installed.

Emergency job today where a customer had a ceiling fall down. We were there next day to remove all loose dangerous ceiling areas, plasterboard and skim all in a day's work.
