I will be helping out at a charity open mat this Saturday at Barnstable judo club.

Well done Joshua Solman for a great performance at subs at the sand competition.

Fair play for taking my bet and coming out to Kurt Angles entrance music infront of thousands of people on the beach.

People found it hilarious.

Bonus points for rolling out of a sub and sending the ref flying off the stage into a face full of sand 🤣.

Class is 12-1 just for tomorrow guys.

We are excited to announce a small Brazilian Jiu Jitsu interclub event for all belts at our gym in Honiton, Devon. GI And no Gi This event is an excellent opportunity for competitors to gain experience in a smaller competitive setting.
*Event Format:*
- 5-minute matches
- Each competitor will get at least two matches
- Two mats will be used to ensure that everyone gets enough matches and there is minimal waiting time

Me and Neil Leaman will finally be running kids BJJ classes.

I am very excited to train up future superstars.

Classes are every Saturday morning at 10am, and Monday evenings 17.30pm.
