Knocked down original party wall and ripped out original window to open up the space and allow more light into the room…
Complete new bathroom suite,new thermostatic shower,screen and flooring,pendant light gone and replaced with LED spotlights,veneered oak door to compliment the oak effect laminate worktop on the vanity unit…
Bathroom renovation in Exeter....
Total rip out from the start with this project,all walls taken back to masonry,sealed,dot & dabbed and re-skimmed
Old bath replaced with 1200mm x 750mm shower tray,at the clients request,and turned 90 degrees to
allow vanity unit and sink to go under stairs as it was the only way to make it fit...
Not a lot of room to play with in this job but the client is delighted with the finished product

Last couple weeks for CJG CARPENTRY AND BUILDING SERVICES...
Tiling to replace glass splash back
Slate effect laminate flooring laid throughout
Additional cupboards added to existing kitchen under breakfast bar and additional storage created to void under stairs in cranbrook....
And a bathroom refit in Exeter...
Electrical services provided by Danny Belsten
And assistance on all jobs from Danny knight
Great effort lads,all your hard work & help is appreciated greatly
