Traditional Tuscan Biscuits

Today, we baked cantuccini in the caffetteria. We made a different version of the original almond biscotti, with pistachios nuts, dark chocolate chips, and a hint of brandy!

💥 Should you dunk cantucci? Most definitely, yes! Traditionally, it's dunked into a sweet Tuscan dessert wine known as Vin Santo, but it's just as good with a coffee!
