This one was a nice little one.. Taken up old damaged floor boards and repair part of existing joists caused by an air brick being blocked in accidentally. Sorting that and with a floor vent.
Already for a sand over and re varnish or flooring.. Oh the choices! 😀

Repair work to a door lining that had bit of wet rot due to leaky pipe once upon a time.
Cut damaged piece of lining out, cut and fit new back in its place. Trim for hinges (new hinges on the door 😀)
New architraves, doorstop looking as good as new again don’t you think, ready for painting 😀
Cracking bacon sarnie from the customer as well always helps 😀

And sometimes we get unusual jobs.. A stair gate across a hallway rather than door frame. Gave me alittle scratch of the head but got there 😂 Original fixing on wall not ours..😬

Little repair to timber fascia on gable end of roof after old one rotted out.
Cut & fitted new piece in & stained in best matching existing- dodging the rain showers in between 😬

Feels like it’s door season 😀 Gave me something more to think about with these frames slightly out 🤪 Oak door fitting with customer supplied door furniture..

Something a short while ago, dividing top patio to lower for dogs so customers can eat & drink in peace 😂
Small gate with black tee hinges & bolt to complement against the wood 😃

Been little busy forgetting to post some jobs on.
Recent kitchen fit of all old out including tiles, floor & sink 😬
Skimmed walls where backboard not covering & where worktop upstands are.
Tidied up pipe work for new sink/tap installation Little problem with electrics holding us up but got over that & installed chrome wall sockets & light switches to finish.
Gotta say cracking transformation from old to new, bang upto date with subtle chrome finishes..

Nice new Howdens oak doors to bedrooms, cupboard & bathroom complete with chrome hinges & handles.. Finished off with door varnish protects & brings the grain out brilliant 😀
