What a colour we have been spraying lately 😎 it’s called mischief and we love it

Before and after photos showing one of the kitchen we refitted this week.
Old vinyl was fully removed, areas prepared, primed and finished in a hard wearing lacquer - colour Green Blue 20%

Big transformation on this kitchen. From original pine to card room green. 😍

Another kitchen respray led and refitted! This one was finished in Ammonite in a 20%

Bit of joinery work completed this week in off black 20% sheen. Our work included sanding all the edges to a smooth finish, priming with a MDF primer and top coating.

Nice piece of furniture make it look more modern with a respray we finished this week. Colour - stone blue

Another kitchen finished and refitted this week. This was a bit of a challenge as it had previously been hand painted 🤦🏻‍♂️ But after many hours of sanding and making good, we weee pleased with the results.

Finished in standard White 40% sheen

Another kitchen , another blue 😍 this one was finished in Hauge blue in a 20% sheen

This bedroom respray was finished in colour Dimity in a 20%. We removed all the doors, drawers and desk so only had a small amount of hand painting to do in situ.

Another kitchen completed. This time finished in pigeon in a 10% sheen

Another kitchen removed, sprayed and refitted by the team. This time finished in cornforth white 20% sheen

Did you know that we spray bedrooms too! This one went from a faded cream to white.

Few bits of furniture complete this week. Always love up cycling !

Did you know that we can spray oven doors!! These have been finished a a very hard wearing, heat resistant paint in a metallic finish.

Our fifth and final day of the ‘meet the team ‘week is Nathan

Nathan is the second half of the kitchen removal and refitting team and attends customers’ homes alongside Chris. Nathan will do any hand painting required of areas of the kitchen that can’t be removed.

Day four of our ‘meet the team’ week is Chris - it also happens to be his birthday day!

Chris is part of the team that attends customers’ homes to remove and refit the kitchens. When not out on the road, he helps in the workshop with the preparation and keeping the unit clean and tidy.

Day three of our meet the team week is Luke.

Luke is the head sprayer and is the main person doing all of the spraying including priming, colours or even clear lacquers.

Day two of our ‘meet the team’ week is Liam.
Liam worked for the spray centre soon after it first opened as our spray painter. After a few years away he returned as our workshop manager.

Liam oversees the day-to-day running of the spray centre, ensuring the projects are undertaken according to the timescales and budget. He helps with the preparation and spraying when needed.
Liams attention to detail means he is often the person that does the quality checking.

We thought we would do something a bit different this week and show you the members of our team. Starting with Founder of the spray centre - Rob

The Exeter Spray Centre was founded by Rob in January 2015.

After more than 20 years in the painting and decorating industry Rob was one of the first in the country to start using spray painting instead of the older brush and roller method on normal painting projects.

And before long, he was being asked to spray more items such as furniture, kitchens and joinery – and so the Exeter Spray Centre was born.

Rob rented a unit and built the most modern spray centre in the area, with the very best equipment on the market because he wanted to achieve remarkable results on every project.

The Company evolved rapidly and now has 4 members of staff assisting Rob.

Rob is the main point of contact at the spray centre and is the person who deals with the pricing, overall project management and invoicing.

When not in the office he also does some of the preparation and spraying.

Some more joinery work undertaken this week from one of our regular carpenters. This time some sliding wardrobe doors, finished in the colour Pigeon.

Another kitchen respray completed this week. This one was in a holiday lodge. The customer had a problem with the front vinyl wrap coming off.
We removed all the vinyl wrap, primed and sprayed in a matching colour.

We seem to have spray a lot of light green kitchens this week! The colour of 2024 maybe?

This one was actually colour matched to the customers bread bin!

Another kitchen respray completed this week. This time the customer went for twice colours- white on the top half and a light green on the bottoms.

More furniture completed this week. So far two loads of chairs in stone blue and calamine.
