Childrenās jiujitsu š„
In addition to physical fitness and self-defense skills, childrenās jiujitsu promotes mental resilience and problem-solving abilities. Through consistent practice, children learn how to stay calm under pressure, think strategically, and adapt to different situations. This can translate into improved academic performance and better coping mechanisms for dealing with challenges both on and off the mats.

Our advanced class mirrors the structure and techniques of our fundamentals class, but with the addition of more intricate details and advanced movements. Students also actively engage in rolling sessions to test the techniques theyāve learnt against resisting team mates.
We recommend our advanced class for students who already have a solid understanding of basic techniques and movements and have previously participated in live rolling.

We have some absolutely fearless Thrive Jiujitsu team members who have volunteered to throw themselves off a perfectly good plane, all in the name of charity.
Charity is a pillar of our academyās social values, we want to give back to our community and support life-changing services in our area.
The brave volunteers are:
Alex Rhodes, Mason Smith-Jones, Adam Smith, Henry Williams, Tom Larington & James Gill.
Letās show our brave friends and our chosen charity, Little Miracles, our support by backing them with as many donations as we can and make as much of a difference to childrenās lives as we possibly can.
