In the last year and a few months;

- I have kicked an opioid addiction that the nhs caused, and refused to help me with. Then came off them both by myself.
- Met other mentalists who would rather be in a field all day, listening to beeps, than be in civilisation.
- I have come off an antidepressant that I was on for about 8/9 years. Again by myself.
- Realised that I have achieved the dream career I have wanted since I was 11. And am not far off a decade of doing it.
- Been able to explore my love of history in a different way.
- I have realised blood does not mean good or family or a free pass.

I have no one to be proud of me for my achievements, but I could not be more proud.
