I've been experimenting with some AI 🤖 tools recently. I can see the potential for AI to take on repetitive tasks, increase productivity, and free up more time for creative work, helping me deliver better, more personalised solutions for my clients. However, I have mixed feelings. I welcome an AI-enhanced future, but I don't want AI to steal my creativity (or job)!

With AI advancing exponentially, dystopian visions depicted in the Terminator films spring to mind (this image was created using with this in mind). However, after taking several online courses, the overall message I'm receiving is that AI is a collaborative tool to aid us in our daily lives, not to replace us.

As we enter Black History Month, I’m reflecting on a spoken word video I created 4 years ago during the COVID-19 pandemic. ‘Message To My Future Son’ explores the systemic everyday racial prejudice faced by people of colour. I am sure my son will experience the same prejudices as he continues his journey towards adulthood, but I hope that one day, we can all embrace our differences without fear or hatred.
