Breakfast, Brunch & Lunch Chef / Cook

Who are we?

We are projects - an independent veggie and vegan Cafe and kitchen! We pride ourselves on our fresh and vibrant menu, We aim to be as sustainable and ethical as we can! We love creating unique dishes with seasonal produce!

Who are looking for?

Creativity and passion for cooking! Executing, and delivering beautiful soul food. We are looking for someone dedicated to work with our team and grow our small business. Someone who is well prepared, calm and able to manage busy periods. Must have a good knowledge of food-hygiene (certificate) and HACCP procedures. At least 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen.

What you’ll do

-Food prep

-Order and source ingredients

-Opportunity to write seasonal menu’s

-Opportunity to run a pop-up kitchen at our events

-Keeping the kitchen clean and within regulations

-Good knowledge of HACCP procedures

-Food hygiene certificate

-Baking and making scrumptious cakes and specials

- Manage time efficiently between full service and quieter periods

-Run a full breakfast, brunch, and lunch service of up to 40/60 covers

-Hours 9am-4pm

Wednesday – Sunday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
