CALM

By god, I needed this. Six months in to having my second son, aged 43, I was pretty low. He’s a glorious little being, but the night wakings left me with pretty full on insomnia, even when he was fast asleep. My sleep, when it came, was light and insufficient and I was struggling. So I made myself a sleep spray, to use on my pillow. I’ll be honest, I didn’t actually think it would help, but maybe it would be a nice little night time ritual to start. But it did work, it worked wonders! My sleep is now deeper than it’s been since before I got pregnant. And my husband swears by it too, insisting on a few sprays on his pillow to help him drift off.

Calm is made with a combination of soporific essential oils - vetiver, lavender, bergamot and geranium - it smells divine and is a beautiful room spray too.

It’s been a full on year, balancing a baby, now having two kids and two businesses and, unbelievably, no extra time or ability. Thus, I created these two beauties, utterly for myself initially, out of a necessity to just carve out a tiny amount of time and space to wind down.

When my 1 year old was around 6 months old I started to get insomnia. It didn’t matter if he woke up, or not, I’d just lie there, wide awake, listening out for that little squeak that meant I needed to get out of bed and attend to his every whim. Creating CALM, mainly for my pillow, was game-changer. Containing wonderfully soporific essential oils, Vetiver, Bergamot, Lavender and Geranium, it genuinely helped me overcome my sleeplessness and my husband and I now use it every night. It smells dreamy, so works beautifully as a room spray too.

As always, my new products are making their debut at my fave date of the month and will then be available in my online shop and for wholesale clients.
