Our latest project over in Holt, after a few hiccups along the way, none of which were out of our control, we have now completed this job with very happy customers. New twin en suite bathroom extension, finished to a very high standard. Have a look for yourself.

It's all comming together on our job in Totterdown BS3.

Doors all tyrolean rendered.
Built in units, one to hide all the fridge washing machine and boiler. One as a larder unit.
New skirting and architrave all around.
Kitchen re fitted.
New Cork flooring.
Fully re plastered.

Tiles and paint left to do.

Test hole dug for inspection of footings for building control. All signed off.
Complete rip down of old conservation.
Floor taken up back to slab.
All taken back to brick work.
Few walls rebuilt.
Inner skin of blocks 90% up ready for IG beam.
Insulated bottom half of cavity.
First fix electrics going in.

We are ready to begin working our magic on this house in Trowbridge. Unfortunately due to a house fire, this conservatory suffered lots of damage

Planning has been accepted to rebuild as an extension with a solid roof.

Box gutter installed.
Rooflites installed.
Tiled and lead.

Drainage for rain water.
New insulated floor.

New plasterboard all around.

Plaster.
Under floor hearing installed.
New herringbone flooring.
New stair case.

All work has been signed off by building control.

Ready for kitchen, skirting, architrave, understairs storage, radiators, 2nd fix electrics and patio.

Extension update the weather has been on our side and we have been very busy.

All walls demolished, pillars all toothed in to building and pads built for steels to sit on, steels installed. Infilled all above steels. Props taken down for building to sit on the steels. All signed off by building control tick✅️.

First fix electrics going in. Roof on and sheeted ready for tiles. Brick work all going up for the extension.

We have been mega busy with our new project.

Here is a little update on progress.

All ground and drainage works completed and signed off by building control. New soil stack in new position. New retaining wall and pad for patio to follow. Up to damp proof on the extension. Insulated Concrete slab in. All inside walls have been removed. Pillars built inside for steels to sit on. Ready for the removal of outer walls and steels to arrive.
