This Sunday March 3rd is the return of the brilliant market.
I am lucky enough to be in the same spot as last year - on the end of Justice Lane next to the Park&Ride stop and next door to my talented market neighbour Jewellery.

Can’t believe it’s back already!

South West Coast Path has been out of stock since Christmas and will be making a welcome return at the market this weekend (I know some of you have been waiting patiently!)

Looking forward to catching up with lots of my regulars and meeting some new faces!

If you are heading to the night market please be aware that we are NOT operating a park and ride service for this event. There is very limited parking in the Cattle Market Car Park, Merchants Barton and Vicarage St, plus a town centre road closure from 4pm for Frome's Christmas Light Switch on and Light The Night lantern parade. Please walk to the event if you can and as ever we ask you to avoid parking on residential streets.

There is accessible parking for Blue Badge holders in the Cattle Market Car Park, with level access to A Little Night Market.✨⁠

🎉 The Frome Independent is celebrating its tenth anniversary this November and offering not just one but two chances to get ahead of the gift buying game. As well as the regular monthly market on Sunday 5th November, A Little Night Market returns on Friday 24th November. Come along to the Market Yard outside the library from 4pm and grab a bite to eat before enjoying the magic of the Light the Night lantern parade and the Frome Christmas Light Switch On.⁠

Follow the lantern parade back around to A Little Night Market and enjoy the festive atmosphere until 9pm. You'll find local traders selling the best of contemporary craft and design in the South West, delicious food and drink and some great music to get you in the festive mood. ✨⁠

Well, it seems like someone pushed the pause button on Autumn 🍂

It was a scorcher today wasn’t it? Not that I’m complaining.

Not really the day to be launching Pumpkin 🎃 Spice, but hey ho the nights are still drawing in and the cosy candles will be ready and waiting when the mini heat wave has passed - I’m not wishing the lovely sunshine away 🌞

nights drawing in, back to school, blue skies with a nip in the air, leaves slowly turning reds and yellows and my birthday on the last day of the month, which usually involves a trip to the north coast of Cornwall (delayed by a couple of weeks this year due to a clash with on the 1st of October)

Absolutely thrilled to be stocking

Having worked for the brilliant for 14 years before launching my own business I am delighted that they are supporting me by stocking my newest collection in their shop at Stourhead.

You don’t need a NT membership to visit the shop and restaurant, but I’m pretty sure if you haven’t got one you’ll want to sign up after a visit to the world famous landscape garden.

So we totally forgot to take a single picture at todays market.

It was a day of two seasons, glorious sunshine ☀️ and short but sweet downpours ☔️ (with the odd gust of wind chucked in for good measure!)💨
We were happy to offer our gazebo as shelter to bypassers without brollies! 🌂

So lovely to see so many loyal customers, old friends and to meet all of you that discovered for the first time, I hope you all love your purchases. As always, a heartfelt thanks for spending your money on our products.
