The second day involved laying base and binder to the roads for a valued client. The versatility of this paver not only achieved perfect levels, but also reduced time in stone laying against a conventional 360 digger.

6mm “Buff” asphalt surface course supplied by Bituchem and laid in pedestrian areas at Blaise Castle Estate; we don’t just deal with black asphalt at Connor Construction! 🚧😎

First day on the job for a valued client at Exeter!

We are exposing the Type One and leaving it in the cut.

This is so that our client can still have access and egress throughout the site, until they’re ready to excavate and fit a new water system.

Currently, we have 2 Sweepers for hire. But, due to our excellent 24 hour service, they are in constant demand, which is why we have a new one on order! 🙌

We will be receiving a new Scania P320, with trailer coupling so that it can tow our Wirtgen W35 planer.

Some more great work from our staff, this time on a new permeable car park! 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

We used 300t of 20mm Hanson Tuffdrain and 150t of 10mm Tuffdrain which was laid over a Type 3 low fines sub-base installed by our customer prior to our surfacing visit.

It was laid in March, over the course of 2 days, for a very valued client.

Excellent progress from our teams working on a project near Gloucester. The former private residence is being converted into a residential home.

Here, we used our new tracked paver! 🤘

We installed 90mm of 32mm road base and 60mm of 20mm binder course onto Type 1 sub base.

The sub base was installed by our new customer, who were very pleased with the result. We shall return at a future date to install the surface course.

Two motorways were drinking in a bar when a piece of red Tarmac walks in 🍻👀

One motorway says to the other, “don’t go near him, he’s a cycle path!" 😥

A big well done to 3 members of our Surfacing team for taking part in local dance production, "Swan Lake" at the last minute! 🦢 🎭🩰

Yesterday we were approached by our local Amdram club to provide volunteers to fill in as extra dancers, after members of the original cast fell ill!

"It was a very random request! We only had 2 hours to learn the dance moves and get fitted in our costumes!"

The reason that we picked the 1303-3i Vogele paver is due to its machine’s quality and reliability.
