Regular foot bathing can be a wonderful way to relax, as well as treat a variety of ailments. We absorb herbal properties through the soles of our feet, providing a wealth of benefits. Did you know that if you put garlic on your feet (which is a traditional and effective cold remedy) you can often taste it in your mouth after a short while?
