4 things to make your life better...
1. Get outside - spend a minimum of 30 mins outside each day in daylight (levels of lux outside can be more than 2000x inside levels) If you’re inside all day try and choose a desk by a window, have your lunch break outside.
2. Install F.LUX on your laptop (www.justgetflux.com), Enable Nightshift on iPhone (display and brightness/choose sunset to sunrise) in settings. Twilight for Android. ALL the above are FREE!
3. After sunset, turn off overhead lighting and use warm sidelights, mimicking firelight/Nightshift/F.LUX
4. Fast over-night by eating earlier in the evening.
