Just nine days until Me Time shuts its door, it’s been so hard saying goodbye when I see you for the last time, Thankyou so much for all the cards, gifts and flowers, you’ve all been the best clients to pamper ❤️

It’s nearly time for Me time to shut its door, I have a few outstanding gift vouchers that need to be redeemed, I will honour them upto the expiry dates but after 28th October these will have to be mobile appointments fitting around my new job ❤️❤️

Hi everyone,
As most of you know the last month has been a challenging one for me and health wise things in the last year or so have got more difficult. With this in mind I have come to the very difficult decision after lots of discussion and support from my nearest and dearest to gradually close down Me Time 😢
Twelve very special years building up my business with the most loyal clients who are like friends to me❤️ not an easy decision but one that I must do now for myself.
I have my gorgeous room at the Spruce with my wonderful work family ❤️until the 30th October.
So if you’re appointment is in August, nothing changes it stays booked in and I very much look forward to seeing you.
From 1st September until 30th October if you have appointments in i may have to move the day or time to accommodate you if you are happy with that. I can also carry on taking bookings within this time but my hours will be different and reduced, I will not be booking any new mobile appointments.
If you have a gift voucher I will absolutely honour them, again at the spruce up to 30th October when I’m working, or if needed mobile until expiry date when I can.
If I don’t get to see you before I finish, Thankyou for your support of Me time and I hope you understand my reasons for this difficult decision.

Hi!
Good news today, no fracture on my MRI Scan results 👍🏼

I have been referred on to a specialist hand and wrist physio at the RUH but can return to work led by how my wrist feels.

I will return this evening and take bookings, hoping that going forward all will be okay.

I will post availability this afternoon as I have a lot of clients to book in please bear with me!

UPDATE!

I have been spent all morning at the RUH, the X-ray was again not conclusive so had a C.T Scan, as far as they can tell there is no obvious fracture but I have been referred for an MRI scan ☹️ I have been put in a different splint in the hope of more support in the mean time.
Now, unfortunately I have been signed unfit for work for three weeks to try and let the tendons rest and heal and then back to the RUH in three weeks.
I am on holiday for a week in July so I am going to return to work on Monday 24th July.
Obviously this is not ideal for me financially but I have to take advise from the experts, if I don’t I could be off work for much longer.
My apologies to everyone who is booked in, I hope I will see you all in the future, please message me if you need any clarification.

Hi!
Just an update on my wrist situation! I’m booked into the RUH fracture clinic on Monday morning for another x-ray to establish if my scaphoid bone is broken 🤦🏼‍♀️ I am still trying to work but currently massage is still too painful.
I have contacted clients upto Monday and I’m praying for good news!
I will update you as soon as I know 🫤

SO! Just an update!🤦🏼‍♀️ in true Lucy Fashion I decided on my way into the principality stadium on Tuesday night to see Coldplay to take a tumble stepping down off a curb👍🏼 my right hand took the full force 😫 I have had an X-ray today and it that looks hopeful🤞🏼 I have been referred to the RUH.
I worked yesterday just about and will try and continue but unfortunately any massage is out of the question for the next few days at least, I will contact anyone who is booked in!
Life is never dull!
