Wow, where has the time gone?! Today marks two years since Ardallan Kitchen first opened its doors to welcome our first customers. What an incredible journey it has been!

We've launched a new evening service every Friday and Saturday, and our menu has expanded and evolved as our confidence has grown.

It's been a busy time, but also incredibly rewarding and enjoyable. We couldn't have done it without the support of so many wonderful people - our dedicated staff, our reliable suppliers, and of course, our amazing customers.

You've all been so incredibly supportive of our little bistro since I nervously opened my doors almost two years ago. I can't thank you enough!

We'll be open Good Friday (10am-3pm) and Saturday (9am-3pm) serving up our delicious brunch and lunch dishes.

We've been having a bit of a battle with the electrics in one of our dining rooms since New Year's Eve - a lingering festive hangover that's overstayed its welcome. It's been frustrating for all of us, but thankfully we now have an electrician on the case who has identified the problem for us. ⚡️

Unfortunately, the fix needs to happen ASAP so we can move forward with some exciting plans for the bistro – including our first regular evening service! This means we'll have to temporarily close our doors for one day this Saturday, March 23rd.

We understand this closure isn't ideal, but trust us, we've explored all options!

We'll be back open for business as usual on Tuesday, March 26th. ️ In the meantime, stay tuned for updates on our exciting plans (including those evening hours you've all been asking for!)

Kenzie has been with us since the beginning of the summer, when he started as a kitchen helper. He quickly showed his enthusiasm to learn, and we were thrilled to have him join us as a full-time apprentice. He is also our resident coffee expert, always ready to brew a perfect cup for our customers. ☕

Lil joined us earlier this year and has been a real star front of house. So much so, that she's recently took on the challenge of creating our snowy Christmas window displays - including hand making 180+ woolly white pompom snowballs! 🎭 Our talented duo will be treading the boards all weekend, and we'll be in the audience, cheering them on with all our might! 🙌👏 It's a show you won't want to miss, and we're hoping to spot some familiar faces—our lovely customers—in the crowd too! 🤩🎉

Welcome to our new and improved dining room! We got busy during our short break at the start of the year to give our front of house a little makeover. We now have a brand new welcome desk, new artwork on the walls, and some stylish new lighting to set the mood. Oh, and we gave the walls a fresh coat of paint, too! 😊

After our Christmas break, we return with a new menu and new opening hours... We will now close Sunday and Monday, opening Tuesday to Saturday 10.00-14.30.
