Why use a mortgage broker? I had a client approach me (recommend by a current client) he had offered on a house and spoke to his bank. The bank had took days for an appointment and then were taking even longer to get everything pulled together for him. Clients offer was accepted, however due to time scales someone offered higher and they secured this clients dream first home.

This client rang me devastated, I explained I am happy to take his case, let’s get him in the perfect position before he offers again. He sent me his documents and we have everything he needs to secure a property and apply for his loan as soon as offer is accepted.
