Morning everyone, I am regretfully letting you all know that Big Frank's Fully Loaded Shop has had too close and won't be back open.

The big franks brand will continue in the near future. I will be busy over the next month as i am getting back on my day works but will let you all know of Big Frank's Barbeque next plan and how you can get involved..🙌🏽 😁

Today we had our complimentary photo shoot with deliveroo, we had 15 mins to photo around 12 different items on the menu..

It was absolutely chaos but we managed it and safe to say the food does actually look pukka.

Hopefully deliveroo will be uploading them over the weekend 🙏🏽

We had a busy weekend cooking up for the and .rainham. So this is about the only decent photo I got! And what a beauty it is..

Triple cheese,
Double steak burger,
Half a foot long hot dog,
Topped with a handful of skin on chips.

Big up for filling in for us on Saturday and doing a spontaneous collab and pulling a BBQ Roast together with us, couldn't of done it with out you 🙏🏽 😋

Setting up a Jerk pan has always been a dream of ours at Big Frank's and we hope to keep bringing a whole heap of carribean delights to different venues and events this summer.

When you ask Big Frank's round for a BBQ you can expect the full monty. We had a three course bbq plater. Here's a picture of our final course..

Easter Sunday we will be teaming up with the mighty to host our first collaboration at reggae and ska day at .

The event starts at 3pm and so do we. We will be cooking from early using a hybrid of Big Frank's and Central 7 menus, marinades, equipment andcooking style. So expect outrageous jerk flavours cooked in a traditional style Jerk pan that has been engineered and modified to be the mustang of oil drum barbecues is a credit to the UK Jerk scene and I can't wait to get some pimento smouldering in the big one!

Afternoon everyone, now this is what we like to call BBQ weather!! and no better way to start of our BBQ season with a nice strong 5 rating from The FSA following our inspection yesterday..
Super pleased with this result as this now brings us into the finale stages of setting up our delivery system with Just eat..

On Friday 11th & Saturday 12th Feb, Rochester High Street and the area around Rochester Cathedral will be transformed into a event like no other ever seen in Britain's hidden historic gem before!

MEDWAY LIGHT NIGHTS are coming!

If you've been to major events in Rochester before, such as the Rochester Dickens Festival or Sweeps, you'll know there is a 'bit of a problem' - and that is... PARKING!

So, please spare a couple of moments to consider how you're going to get here to enjoy the event.

How about parking at any one of the eight railway stations on the Victoria line alone, and taking the train into Rochester? The station is less than five minutes walk from the High Street - and you'll get here on time and not miss any of the event sitting in a queue for a parking space.

Or, why not use the bus? The best stops for the High Street are in Corporation Street right near Rochester Library, and you'll be dropped right in the middle of all the art installations.

Enjoy Rochester's free MEDWAY LIGHT NIGHTS even more - and please use public transport.

Update: had a bit of trouble finding some gas but the hunt was worth it as we have now got a new supplier at a fraction of what some places charge...
