This weekend, we had the pleasure of fueling the teams once again with our post-match meals!

For Partick Thistle’s trip to Falkirk, they savored Italian seasoned chicken with our homemade green pesto pasta.

Meanwhile, Queen’s Park Women’s team enjoyed our homemade red pesto chicken with roasted red pepper wraps after their home game against Spartans!

Last night, we had the honor of serving a two-course meal for The Glasgow Rugby League Awards Night! 🏉

Our menu featured a choice between our traditional 24-hour slow-cooked steak pie or Pollo Peperonata, both perfectly paired with garlic and thyme potatoes and garlic-roasted green beans.

For dessert, guests indulged in either sticky toffee pudding or chocolate fudge cake. 🍰

It was an absolute pleasure to be part of such a special night. We hope everyone enjoyed the food, and congratulations to all the award winners!

Today, Boss Catering had the pleasure of providing canapés for the Scottish Women’s National football team’s VIP and boardroom guests during their Euro 2025 qualifying match at Firhill.

The last 4 years has been an incredible journey from starting meal prep in our family home to now working with 4 professional sports clubs, 3 fantastic charities, providing food for functions and events across Glasgow on a daily basis!
