*WE ARE HIRING - Cleaning Operative and Communal Area Cleaners Required*

Hours:
• Cleaning Operative: Part-time, Monday to Friday (Flexible hours)
• Communal Area Cleaners: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Operative:
• Perform cleaning tasks in various residential and commercial properties.
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces and upholstery cleaning
• Bed linen changes.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
• Ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly utilised and maintained.
• Adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
• Completing tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes.

Communal Area Cleaners:
• Cleaning and maintaining communal staircases.
• Sweeping and mopping stairs and landings.
• Dusting bannisters and cleaning windows.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensuring communal areas are kept clean and presentable at all times.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanour.
• Valid driver's license preferred for both roles.
