The Woman behind the brand…

Hi, I’m Jade I’m the owner of . I’m a hairdresser and have grew up knowing I always wanted to be a hairdresser, I’m passionate about my job and the industry as a whole.

I wanted to create a space with rotational needs, something that hadn’t been done before in Scotland. A hot-desking style approach to the hair & beauty industry.

When I was planning & building the business I was met constantly with “why” “why would you not want continuous rentals” my answer was because it’s been done before. There’s no place for the freelancers…for the bridal artist that just wants somewhere 1 day to do their trials, or the Make up artist from London that has clients in Glasgow.

I spent a lot of time researching gaps in the industry and realised there’s not a place that you can book online and pay for what you need only.

I wanted to bring talent from all over the country to have a base to use, a place to network & work with other creatives. Social media has grown audiences from all over allowing freelancers to have potential clients in Scotland.

2023 is Defiantly the year of the freelance and I can’t wait to meet the many people that will come through our doors.

We do offer continuous rentals for people that need more security.

I also wanted to turn the mass amount of space into a training acadamy for educators to use and promote their brands

The 145 Collective is unbranded inside so that educators can make the space their own
