It’ll be no surprise the brief for this shoot was vintage romance. , you nailed it!

There’s something quite touching when we learn the history of the vintage wedding dresses that arrive in the studio….

This beautiful bride is Elizabeth, looking proud-as-punch next to her handsome husband Bill! 💘

The love birds married in 1962, at the Radnor Parish Church, in their home town of Clydebank.

Elizabeth was a florist and hairdresser, who helped many brides herself. Bill was a serviceman, then a crafter & gardner for Glasgow City Council later in life.

Bill, who’s now 87!! gave us his blessing to create something new with Elizabeth’s 1960’s wedding dress, and give it a second lease of life. That’s pretty special…

I don’t think we need to put the naming of this gown to a vote….Welcoming to the Boho Bridal Studio, ‘Betty’ 💘

Bohemian beauty Bryony 🌿

Bryony married the equally gorgeous Jack at Neidpath Castle last month, wearing the aptly named Autumn gown 🍂

Absolutely loved seeing these gorgeous pictures from Lynsay & Angus’s wedding day. And for Lynsay’s very kind words…

The lucky couple married on the Isle of Lewis earlier this year. What a stunning setting for an equally gorgeous couple.

Lynsay’s cowboy boots are probably my fav choice of wedding shoe so far this year. She has awesome style all-round, as you’ll also see from the gorgeous bohemian wedding dress she opted for.

The gorgeous Wren left some kind words when they visited our li’l Hamilton boutique back in March.

I’ll be taking bookings for our new West End studio early September onwards, and can’t wait to meet more awesome brides like Wren in person.

Wren came to us searching for an alternative wedding dress, when I let Wren in on a little secret….your individual style and sass wears the gown, not the other way around.

Wren chose the perfect contraction to what they had envisaged; the most stunningly-classic bardot, made in the most sumptuous of satin. And boy, was it a match made in heaven!

We’ll be featuring Wren & Craig’s beautifully-intimate gathering in St. Andrew’s on the real soon.

Shoutout to all the awesome suppliers who helped bring the Wren & Craig’s vision of their perfect day to life - I’m in adoration of it all…

How gorgeous is this 1970s arrival?! We’re just slightly obsessed with caped vintage wedding dresses 😅

I can picture how stunning this 1970s gown would have been when she was originally worn.

She has a beautifully-crocheted top half, with a satin empire skirt and train. You can feel the quality in the fabrics of this gown, and lining.

She does need some TLC - a perfect gown to be restored or up-cycled, and made into something even more truly unique.
