Today we got to detail this 2004 Honda Jazz. Such a stunning "imperial blue" in colour which initially looked dead but with a 2 stage correction brought it up fantastically, letting the metallic fleck sparkle in the sunshine.

Phase 1

Going through the phases with this car. This car is 15 years old and even though well cared for some issues needed rectified:

Phase 1: Cleaned after returning from England using Autoglym Polar series.

Phase 2: Clean all the interior and wax the wood trim with Swissvax Wood Polish

Phase 3: Clean the leather interior with Dodo Juice Supernatural Leather Cleaner, treat with Swissvax Leather Milk and then Protect with Dodo Juice Leather Sealant

Phase 4: Treat all external trim with Gtechniq C4 Permanent Trim Restorer

Phase 5: Restore the exhaust using Swissvax Metal Polish with 00 grade steel wool, then a dedicated tool for polishing the exhausts.

Phase 6: Decontamination of the paintwork (including fall out remover) in preperation of machine polishing.

Phase 7: Paintwork inspection for defects.

Phase 8: Paint correction using various tools including Rotary with wool pad and Scholls Concepts compounds, Meguiars Microfibre system and Rupes system.

Phase 9: Inspection before protection

Phase 10: Ceramic Coating applied to all paintwork and wheels, protective coating also applied to glass surfaces as well.

Detailed this BMW e90 330i thats 15 years old. We detailed it roughly 9 years ago using mostly Swissvax AG products and the previous owner ensured proper washing techniques used. So this meant only a 2 stage correction was needed then protected with a Ceramic coating on the paintwork, wheels and lights. The front windscreen treated with Gtechniq G1 and the side/back windows with Soft99 Glaco. The tyres dressed with Zaino Europe Z16. The finish is fantastic with great gloss and the new owner (being us) wanted to ensure the finish is preserved as long as possible.

Before and after of the seats in the Skoda Yeti, if you have a look you can see the marks (i assume a wet vac has been used in the past). Used Autosmart Bio Brisk followed with a steam clean. Fantastic result 😳

Don't you hate it when it rains? Personally I love it, just for the beading on the paintwork of my own (and others) cars.

Headlight restoration on the Audi with a kit from . In all honesty not overly impressed and ended up machine polishing out the sanding marks with Scholl Concepts compounds then ipa wipe down and protected using a ceramic coating to protect.

Also did some additional work to the body work and interior. Cleaned the interior with Dodo Juice products then exterior with Autofinesse snowfoam, Soft99 shampoo, carpro iron x and more for the decontamination side. Then treated with Zaino Aio followed with Soft99 King of Gloss wax.

Little update with the Audi. Today spent some time cleaning the engine bay and exterior. This is the before and after. Using chemical guys products to add a nice finish to the engine bay.

Gtechniq G1 applied to the glass of the Audi A4 Cabriolet.

All the plastic trim ceramic coated to give best in rejuvenation and long lasting protection. Then topped with Gtechniq Exo.

The rest of the car has been treated with:

Paintwork: Soft99 Fusso coat12 layered with Soft99 Authentic Premium and finished off with Autofinesse Finale.

Trim: Ceramic coating topped with Gtechniq Exo.

Glass: cleaned using Dodo Juice Clearly Menthol.

Skoda Octavia vRS was previously treated to a 2 stage correction then protected initially with Duragloss 111 then waxed with Autofinesse Desire.

2 stage correction carried out on the Skoda Octavia vRS using Scholl Concept S17+ then sealed with Duragloss 111 applied via rupes. Couple of areas required more attention because of etching from roofbox so used Scholl Concept S3 Gold with Lake Country wool pad then followed by Meguiars MF pad with D300. Also got myself a little helper...

After machine polishing the Audi A4 Cabriolet i initially waxed with Soft99 Fusso Coat to give a longl lasting protection to the paintwork then second coat was with Soft99 Authentic Premium giving a lustrous finish. Both waxes from Nipponshine.

Today on the project Audi A4 Cabriolet we were working on the paintwork. Taking it as far as we can without wetsanding. Using a combination of Scholl Concepts S3 Gold on a Lake country wool pad followed with Meguiars D300 on a Meguiars MF pad followed with Scholl Concepts S40 on a Chemical Guys Hex Logic finishing pad. This removed all the swirls (including deeper swirls), some edging was done during cutting stage to dull down the deeper scratches and make them less noticable.

The project A4 Cabriolet interior is nearly finished. The leather seats and steering wheel were cleaned with Dodo Juice Supernatural Leather Cleaner then treated to Swissvax Leather milk. The interior metal trim treated with Swissvax Metal Polish then sealed with Britemax Metal Sealant. The carpets were cleaned and treated to Gtechniq I1 fabric coating and the plastic trim treated with Dodo Juice Plastic Fantastic. Finally the glass was cleaned with Dodo Juice Clearly Menthol.

On the Audi A4 Cab project the leather was cleaned using Dodo Juice Supernatural Leather Cleaner then treated to Swissvax Leather Milk to make the leather supple again.

All the metal/brushed aluminium (interior and exterior) and exhaust was treated with Swissvax Metal Polish then sealed with Britemax metal polish & sealant. Removed all the staining and left a fantastic clean and protected finish.

Next for the A4 cab project was cleaning the engine bay. Initially cleaned with Meguiars Super Degreaser then aggregated with a detailing brush, rinsed then left to dry. Once dried applied Chemical Guys Silk Shine Dressing
