🔥🔥🔥This customer had an old in-efficient heating system in Bearsden. Stripped out all the old tanks and converted to a mains pressured combi system with a hive smart thermostat.

❄️Lagged all the pipes to protect against freezing and also built a small walkway which also covers the pipes below🔨🪚

☑️ System fully flushed out and protected by a magnetic system filter and inhibitor, also fitted a pressure gauge in the hall cupboard so the customer doesn't have to go into the loft to top up the pressure

🔥 Lovely new gas fire installed last week, new one is 20% more efficient which means saving 💰💰💰 on the gas bills!

⛈️❄️☃️ Well silly season as a heating and gas engineer has officially started, we are extremely busy at the moment and annual service visits are now being taken from mid November onwards🛎

🙌 Old Keston system boiler and tank ripped out in a 1 bedroom flat in the city centre and replaced with a new Keston combi boiler with 7 year parts and labour warranty

📢 New boiler fitted in Summerston and all the pipework tidied up and renewed to accommodate a new bathroom and kitchen. Job was a bit of a nightmare and dragged on but we got there in the end!

⚠️ Flushing out these absolutely disgusting radiators due to them not working properly. Using the ADEY Magnacleanse machine. Radiators were all cold in places due to the sludge build up over the years not allowing
heat to circulate properly round the system which in turn causes the boiler to stay on longer, burn more gas and therefore costing the customer a small fortune!

💥💥💥 This customer is lucky she still has a home! Some dodgy electrics behind the oven, live wire touched the gas pipe and blew a hole in it😬😬, gas was escaping and caught fire. Customer managed to turn the gas off and get in the fire brigade and emergency gas service 0️⃣8️⃣0️⃣0️⃣1️⃣1️⃣1️⃣9️⃣9️⃣9️⃣

👨‍🔧 old pipe removed and capped, gas turned back on, electrics off at fuse box and spark on route.

➡️ Boiler servicing. When we carry out a boiler service we strip down all the gas safety critical parts and service them (as and when manufacturers instructions determine). We also repressurise the expansion vessel, clean out condensate traps and pipework and clean out any magnetic system filters, this stops any nuisance call outs especially over winter.
