Looking forward to sharing my perspective on Meditation and leading an evening of practice next Tuesday evening, the 4th of June, at Gavin's Mill.
Recognising the historical and spiritual context from which this practice arises, I hope to offer insight into the goal and the path of meditation and to introduce practical ways to bring it into the heart of daily life.
