Now that the dust has settled, and their hangovers have recovered😂, a massive congratulations goes out to both and on winning elite Scottish championship titles at the weekend 🥊🤩Both have suffered their fair share of injuries or niggles, like most athletes, the difference being these two took the advice and help and did what they needed to do to keep pushing on and suceed🥇Both are an absolute pleasure to help and I look forward to many more occasions watching them pick up more gold🏆🔝

A good day spent yesterday shadowing testing sessions🧪🩸It’s been a while since I got in about some physiology testing so what better way to dust the cobwebs off😀

Meeting the lead physiotherapist & head of performance, as well as cutman to some of Britain and the worlds best professionals (Anthony Joshua if you really want to name drop on his behalf 😂🤭) was an honour as a boxing fan! However as a health professional to actually have a full weekend sporting upper limb masterclass was like all my Christmas’s came early 🤩 I can’t thank Ian enough for the knowledge and experience shared which will be going straight in the toolbox 🧰

What a great day spent yesterday treating the ladies over at 🤩

I think back to HOLLI BOYD | PERSONAL TRAINING] at her first treatment as she was going through college and look at her now and can’t believe how much she has grown, achieved in business and how confident she has became, I’m super proud💜!

We all train for different reasons, but there was a real feeling of support and camaraderie between the group that I loved💪
