Hi Ladies, over the past year I've realised that most of my lovely clients enjoy chatting (just as much as I do 🤗) before, during or at the end of treatments. 🥰 It's great to talk, to unwind, de-stress get rid of any tensions, anxiety, worries. I've been thinking of starting a ladies wellbeing circle possibly once a month in a safe and calm environment offering holistic healing for relaxation, stress and anxiety relief. Experience the power of seated guided Meditation, Reiki, Sound Healing and meaningful conversations. Coming together to support each other and have fun. Ending the evening with herbal tea and some sweet treats. It will be a midweek evening Wednesday 6th March 7.15pm-8.45pm at Brighter Baillieston, Garrowhill Community Centre £25.
