#Throwback to Love, Death & Robots – Beyond the Aquila Rift, created by Unit Image and Blur Studio. The emotionally charged story follows the relationship between two main characters, Greta and Thom, played by Madeleine Knight and Henry Douthwaite. To achieve a high degree of realism, Unit Image created digital doubles of both actors. The piece features several close-up shots of Greta, exemplifying some of the most intense emotions expressed by a computer generated character. We provided 4D facial performance capture and processing services, supervising the HMC shoot at Audiomotion Studios, where we captured the performances of the lead characters.
