A sneak peak of our recently completed extension of a terraced Villa in Glasgow South. We were lucky enough to be commissioned to design an extension for two contiguous properties. This gave us the opportunity to explore the variation of complementary forms. The terracing block is defined by the unity of houses which abandon their idividuality in favour of a merged identity; our project, in contrast to this principle, aims at giving back to each house its own individuality expressed at the rear of the block.

I have not posted in a long while (can't believe that the latest update is from 2019) but our studio is more lively than ever. We have lots of new and completed works and shall use this space to regularly update on current and new projects. We now have a new name, logo and website www.rizzoarchitecture.co.uk.
A huge thank you goes to the talented creative duo Saved By Robots they have created a striking branding combining graphic and photographic lenguage and I am delighed with the result. The colour of the logo is inspired by the Sicilian flag and the website is stylish, easy to use and exact in communicating and providing information. My work cannot be presented in a better way.
