Focus on Your Desires – Write down your dreams in detail, getting specific about what you want. Picture them as if they’re already true. (I'm manifesting the perfect 1:1 Coaching and Certification Clients).
Put Your Intentions Out into the World – Say your wishes out loud, journal them, or share with a trusted friend. (I'm sharing with you!) Let the universe know you’re ready.
Ask for Guidance – Whether through meditation, breathwork (I did the 4, 7, 8 breath), or a simple moment of quiet (I drew some cards), invite wisdom and support into your journey.
Look for Signs – Stay open to the signs around you, like synchronicities or intuitive nudges that reinforce your path.
Receive with Gratitude – Keep an open heart and trust that what’s meant for you will arrive, sometimes in unexpected ways.

Hi, I’m Victoria, the founder of the Ordinary People Academy. I have lived and breathed Yoga/Pilates/Wellness for 35 years. I have taught for over 20 years. I have been training others for over a decade and I’m passionate about empowering real, everyday people to become extraordinary teachers.

Photos aren't all they seem...
This photo was taken last week when we were at the Infinite Receiving Live event with , diving deep into personal development and new offerings. Our brains are spinning, tears have flowed, and sleep deprivation turned into dancing. It was clear that we needed to take a moment to PAUSE.
What many of you may not know is that both Victoria and I (Lynne) have faced a challenging few years. It’s this journey that has brought us together, not just in friendship but in business, as we support one another. Yet, it hasn’t been easy.
Picture this: sitting in a Starbucks in London, watching the police handle a situation while the chaos inside and outside of us felt too much. We had no choice but to stop. To pause. To breathe.
Grief.
New motherhood.
Menopause.
Burnout.
Chronic fatigue.
Bipolar disorder.
Building a business.
Can you believe we even get out of bed some mornings?
The truth is, you can’t do business without living life, and right now, life feels overwhelming. So, we’re taking a step back. We need to heal. We need to embrace this next chapter, one that’s messy and imperfect. But that’s the reality for ordinary people—life isn’t always neat. And we want to hold space for you in this, but first, we need to do the same for ourselves. When the dishes in the sink make you cry, it’s time to listen to what your mind and body need.
To reignite Victoria's fire and help her light yours, she needs this time to grow again. You’ll watch us navigate through this healing, and when we’re ready, we’ll bring you the best of the Ordinary People Academy. Our goal is to guide you to become extraordinary in the wellness space.
