Rangers Football Club are an association football club based in Glasgow, Scotland, who play in the Scottish Premier League. The team and manager should hang their heads in shame, complete fu***ng embarrassment. To think the players cheered when we got Celtic, they have made fools out of themselves and the fans.
Why halliday got a start ahead of Windass I do not know, Martin is absolute dog s**t as well. Defence has been terrible.
St Johnstone 1-4 Rangers
Excellent performance from Rangers again, second half wasnt great but didnt really have to be after 3 first half goals, all round good performances, goals from Tav, Windass, Goss and Morelos. St Johnstone managed to sneak 1 back second half. Murphy walked of with an injury to his foot but didn't seem to limping to bad, hopefully it's not bad because he has been superb for us since arriving, Goss played excellent and his free kick was superb and was awarded with well deserved man of the match, Morelos played great too. It is exciting watching this Rangers team attack, some fantastic football, hopefully it continues!!!

So....Warburton and the management team have resigned, although Warburton has denied any such resignation, thoughts?
RANGERS has accepted the resignations of manager Mark Warburton, assistant manager David Weir and the Club’s head of recruitment Frank McParland.
At a meeting with the management team’s representative earlier this week the Club were advised that Mr Warburton, Mr Weir and Mr McParland wished to resign their positions and leave the Club on condition that Rangers agreed to waive its rights to substantial compensation. Rangers’ agreement to waive compensation would assist the management team to join another club. This compensation amount was agreed when Rangers significantly improved Mr Warburton and Mr Weir’s financial arrangements before the start of this season.
The Board urgently convened to consider the offer made on behalf of the management team and its ramifications and agreed to accept it and release the trio from the burden of compensation, despite the potential financial cost to the Club. It is important that Rangers has a football management team that wants to be at the Club and that the Board believes can take the Club forward to meet our stated ambition to return to being the number one Club in Scotland. We are clearly short of where we expected to be at this time.
The representative acting for the management team subsequently attempted to alter the terms of what had been agreed in favour of the management team. A further Board meeting was held this afternoon to discuss this and it was decided not to agree to this additional request but to hold with the original agreement.
Mr Warburton, Mr Weir, and Mr McParland have therefore been notified in writing that their notices of termination have been accepted.
The Board is very appreciative of the good work previously done by the management team but believes it had no alternative. Our Club must come first and absolute commitment is essential.
On Sunday Under-20s coach Graeme Murty will take interim charge of the team. We know our support will give him and our team their full backing. We thank our support for their loyalty and desire to be the best."
One quid a year plus VAT: Mike Ashley's outrageous 10-year deal to flog gear from Rangers Megastore revealed
Chairman DavidSomers signed a deal with Mike Ashley that will see Rangers lose thousands, with a total rent of just £10 over the period of the contract.
Shameless Mike Ashley was handed a decade-long lease on Rangers’ megastore for £1 a year – days before Dave King took control of the club.
The Daily Record has uncovered documents which reveal details of the incredible agreement which will cost
the Ibrox club hundreds of thousands of pounds in lost revenue until it expires in 2025.
Rangers stand to earn just £10 in rent money until the lease runs out and it’s understood this secret cut-price arrangement is a major part of the bitter ongoing legal dispute between King’s Rangers regime and Ashley’s Sports Direct.
In part four of a lease agreement titled “Rent”, it states: “The tenant undertakes to pay the landlord if asked only, the annual rent of ONE POUND (£1) together with all the VAT chargeable thereon.”
The deal was one of the final acts of then chairman David Somers, who signed off on the deeds as landlord and tenant of the official megastore, then quit his position days after they were rubber-stamped.
Somers represented both Rangers Football Club and Rangers Retail when he signed the paperwork on January 27, 2015, in what appears to have been a “scorched earth” policy carried out during the last days of the old regime.
Documents show details of the deal
The papers were not officially processed and registered until February 25, the day Ashley struck a controversial agreement to give the club an emergency £10million loan.
Somers resigned from his position the following week, before King and his backers overthrew the remnants of the old board at an AGM on March 6. King and Ashley have been locking horns ever since.
The Record revealed Ashley struck a secret deal to buy the naming rights to Ibrox from ex-chief executive Charles Green for £1.
He waived the rights but tightened Sports Direct’s grip on the club’s retail wing by demanding a seven-year notice period be written into the terms of the Rangers Retail venture.
King has been challenging Ashley’s contracts with the club.
The deeds
This time last year, he was threatened with a jail sentence over Christmas for breaking a gagging order which was agreed between Sports Direct, Somers and another former director Sandy Easdale.
Since the joint venture was launched by Ashley and Green in 2012, Rangers have banked about £100,000 a year from sales of strips and merchandise – losing out on about £20million worth of potential profit.
The feud is set to explode into the courts again after Ashley ignored a legal bid by King and the Rangers board to force him to stop selling this year’s kit in the Ibrox store.
Earlier this year, Rangers launched a £4million claim against Ashley and several former club directors, which they contest.
They allege that Green, Imran Ahmad, Brian Stockbridge and Derek Llambias negotiated commercial deals with Sports Direct at below the market value.
They also believe Ashley unfairly benefited from the alleged negligence.
