Wednesday is our heavy day at Black Stag ๐ช
We kicked off the session with a general warm-up to get the blood flowing, followed by a specific warm-up for today's big lift (listed below)
Squat Sn**ch Doubles

-rest up to 2:00
-you must reset the bar from the ground (no TNG)
-start at 70% of your listed max and build
-remember, if form breaks down, then take a step back, deload, and then rebuild. Quality first ๐
